Sigachi Industries, the world’s largest manufacturer of Microcrystalline Cellulose, received Rs 38 crore from anchor investors on Friday, October 29, 2021, just before the IPO. The Sigachi Industries’ initial public offering (IPO) is set to begin on Monday, November 1st. At a price band of 163, the company allocated a total of 23,08,500 equity shares to two anchor investors. – Mutual Funds through a total of – schemes make up the anchor investor list. The company plans to raise 125 crores through an initial public offering (IPO).
