Devyani International Limited(DIL) is established in 1997 by Ravi Jaipuria,Varun Jaipuria are the company promoters.

Devyani International IPO:- It began its partnership with Yum with the opening of its first Pizza Hut location in Jaipur. As of March 31, 2021, DIL operates 297 Pizza Hut locations, 264 KFC locations, and 44 Costa Coffee locations throughout India. Between March 2019 and 2021, the core brand shops increased by 13.58 percent, from 469 to 605 locations, and the firm credits its success and ongoing development to its 9,356 workers.

Yum Brands owns Vaango, Food Street, Masala Twist, Ile Bar, Amreli, and Ckrussh Juice Bar, in addition to key brands such as Pizza Hut, KFC, and Costa Coffee. These stores are spread over 26 states and 155 cities in India and Nepal and Nigeria.
