AGS Transact Technologies raised ₹204 crores from 17 Anchor Investors ahead of IPO

The AGS Transact Technologies raised ₹204 crores from anchor investors on January 18, 2022 Monday before the IPO. AGS Transact Technologies IPO to open on January 18Thuesday. The company allotted total of 1,16,57,141 equity shares to 17 Anchor investors at a upper price band ₹ 175. The anchor investors list includes 4 Mutual Funds through a total of 7 schemes. The company is going to raise ₹ 680 crores via IPO.
