Texmaco Rail & Engineering is a subsidiary of the Adventz Group, which operates in a variety of industries including agribusiness, engineering, infrastructure, real estate, consumer durables, and services. The company currently operates six production plants in West Bengal (Agarpara, Belgharia, Sodepur, and Panihati) and Chhattisgarh (Urla).
