It is also present in the mid-market premium and luxury housing segment, as well as commercial and office space segments in its core markets.
As of the end of December 2020, Shriram Properties has 29 Completed Projects, representing 16.76 million square feet of Saleable Area. It also has around 35 ongoing projects, projects under development, and forthcoming projects aggregating to 46.74 million square feet
