The Sabar Flex India IPO has begun on 08 Sep 2022. It will close on 13 Sep 2022. The Total IPO Size is 4.48 Crore. The company set its IPO price is 11 Rs Per Share. Basically, there are two basic categories in Sabar Flex India IPO Subscription 1) Non-Institutional Investors 2) Retail Individual Investors (RIIs).
Sabar Flex India in the business of packaging products made from plastics which caters to the packaging requirements of
various industries. Most of the Company’s existing products are industrial in nature.
Overall, The Company supplies total 3 different products, that is Multilayer films, Printed laminates, and flexible packaging products (pouches and bags).
Printed laminates and flexible packaging products are part of Multilayer film only which are later on cut as per requirement of customer. Since, flexible packaging material predominantly consists of plastic as a major raw material, The aim to manufacture our products sustainably by aiming towards “Reuse, Recycle and Upcycle”.
