The Quality Foils IPO has begun on 14 Mar 2023. It will close on 16 Mar 2023. The Total IPO Size is 4.52 Crore. The company set its IPO price is 60 Rs Per Share. Quality Foils is a manufacturer and exporters of Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Strips/ Coils and Stainless Steel Flexible Hoses/pipes.
The Company use raw material of premium quality i.e. Hot Rolled Stainless Steel Coils/Strips mainly from Jindal Stainless Hissar Limited, Hissar. They sourced our more than 95% of raw material consumed from Jindal Stainless Hissar Limited in last three financial years.
They are manufacturing of stainless-steel products in two broad categories:
i. Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Coils/Strips;
ii. Stainless Steel Flexible Hose Pipes
