Nykaa raises ₹2,396 crores from 174 Anchor Investors

Nykaa, an e-Commerce platform for beauty and wellness products for men and women. They also offer comprehensive content including product reviews, beauty how-to videos, articles by experts, and an e-beauty magazin, received Rs 2,396 crore from anchor investors on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, just before the IPO. The Nykaa initial public offering (IPO) is set to begin on Thursday , Oct 28th. At a price band of 1125, the company allocated a total of 21,296,397 equity shares to 174 anchor investors. 21 Mutual Funds through a total of 93 schemes make up the anchor investor list. The company plans to raise 5,352 crores through an initial public offering (IPO).
