As of December 31, 2022, the business owned 17 Grade A urban consumption centres totaling 9.8 msf in Leasable Area, two complementing hotel assets (354 keys), and three office assets totaling 1.3 msf.
The business has carefully selected tenants from a variety of industries, including fashion and accessories, hypermarkets, entertainment, and food and drinks (F&B). In order to have a beneficial effect on both people and the environment, Nexus is also working on more than 50 ESG initiatives.
Delhi, Navi Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai are just a few of the 14 Indian cities that Nexus Select Trust serves. These cities accounted for 30% of all discretionary retail expenditure in India in FY20.
