The firm has 2048 branches, 113 divisional offices, and 1,554 satellite offices as of September 30, 2021. Fiji, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Singapore, Sri Lanka, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, and the United Kingdom are among the countries where it operates. It has the largest agent network of 1.35 million life insurance agents as of March 31, 2021.
