Kaveri Seed Buyback:- Kaveri Seed has announced the purchase of its fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs. 2/- apiece from the Open Market using the Exchange’s electronic trading system. The maximum buyback price would be Rs. 850/- per equity share payable in cash for a total of Rs. 120 crores.
