(“Hummingbird EV”), HWA AG (“HWA”) and leading global electric bicycle (“e-bike”) manufacturers and other mobility applications such as aerospace.
They operations are organized into: (i) Powertrain Solutions; and (ii) Alloys and Metallics (“A&M”) business segments.
