Foce India Limited IPO: Foce India specialises in the supply, distribution, and selling of a wide range of wristwatches, including analogue, digital, chronograph, designer, and so on. These timepieces are either custom-made or generic in nature. The company sells wristwatches in bulk to its top five institutional customers, who account for nearly all of the company’s revenue. The company also sells and distributes wristwatches under the brand name “FOCE,” which accounts for 2% of its income. Corporate gifting (such as Time Pieces, Wall Clocks, Belts, Ties, Wallets, Pens, Goggles, etc.) and ornamental packing boxes for watches, as well as the sale of watches and other products under royalty brands, account for about 3% of Foce India’s overall revenue.
