Anand Rathi Wealth raises ₹193.37 crores from 19 Anchor Investors ahead of IPO

The Anand Rathi group company Anand Rathi Wealth raised ₹193.37 crores from anchor investors on November 30, 2021 Tuesday before the IPO. The Anand Rathi Wealth IPO to open on December 02, Thursday. The company allotted total of 35,19,000 equity shares to 19 Anchor investors at a upper price band ₹550. The anchor investors list includes 9 Mutual Funds through a total of 16 schemes. The company is going to raise ₹660 crores via IPO (OFS).
