Balrampur Chini Buyback:- Balrampur Chini Mills Limited has announced the purchase of its fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs. 1/- apiece from the Open Market using the Exchange’s electronic trading system. The maximum buyback price would be Rs. 410/- (Rupees Four Hundred and Ten only) per equity share payable in cash for a total of Rs. 215.25 crores.
