CtrlS Datacenters Ltd, the largest operator of rated-4 data centres in India and Asia, has initiated discussions with bankers to raise around $300 million through an IPO, expected by the end of FY27.
The company specializes in colocation and managed infrastructure services, catering to both global and domestic clients. It currently operates 17 data centres across key cities including Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, Lucknow, Kolkata, Pune, and Bengaluru.
CtrlS has an operational capacity of approximately 250 MW and is targeting a major scale-up to 1,000 MW by 2030, reflecting strong growth ambitions in India’s expanding data infrastructure market.
