Tega Industries IPO: Tega Industries is a prominent manufacturer and distributor of specialized, critical, and recurring consumable goods for the mineral beneficiation, mining, and bulk solids handling industries throughout the world. Tega Industries is the world’s second-largest producer of polymer-based mill liners, according to revenue forecasts for 2020.
Customers use the company’s specialist abrasion and wear-resistant rubber, polyurethane, steel, and ceramic-based lining components across many phases of mining and mineral processing, screening, grinding, and material handling. More than 55 mineral processing and material handling products are included in the company’s product portfolio.
The company has six manufacturing locations, with a total built-up area of 74255 square metres, including three in India, at Dahej in Gujarat and Samali and Kalyani in West Bengal, and three in significant mining centres in Chile, South Africa, and Australia. The company has 513, 498, and 479 installation sites in over 70 countries in the last three fiscal years. Outside of India, the corporation generates the majority of its revenue (86.42 percent in 2021). The company has 18 global and 14 local sales offices, all of which are conveniently placed near its important customers and mining operations. Tega Industries is continuing to develop its activities in key markets such as North America, South America, Australia, and South Africa.
