Sapphire Foods, the operator of KFC and Pizza Hut outlets received Rs 933 crore from 53 anchor investors on Monday, November 08, 2021, just before the IPO. The Sapphire Foods initial public offering (IPO) is set to begin on Tuesday, November 9th. At a price band of 1180, the company allocated a total of 79,06,473 equity shares to 53 anchor investors. 2 Domestic Mutual Funds through a total of 19 schemes make up the anchor investor list. The company plans to raise 2,073.25 crores through an initial public offering (IPO).
