]]> Wabco India Ltd announced on Wednesday that its promoter group ZF International UK Ltd intends to sell up to 3.8 lakh equity shares through stock exchanges.

Wabco India stated in a regulatory filing that the seller intends to sell 3.8 lakh equity shares with a face value of Rs 5 each, representing 2.01 percent of the company’s total issued and paid-up equity share capital.
