Steps to close the Groww account offline

  • Go to the Groww app and navigate to the Help and Support Option.
  • In the ‘Others‘ section, you will discover a list of categories and a key.
  • Select ‘My issue is not listed here’ and go to the next step.
  • Select the ‘Raise a ticket’ button, which appears at the bottom of the page.
  • The Groww team will contact you via Phone call or email within 24 hours.
  • Tell them that I want to close the Groww Account they will send a confirmation email regarding the closure account.
  • It will take 7 to 9 working days to close your account.
